SentyHub is the software platform and trademark operated by RIGURAL SLP (hereinafter, "the Owner").

2. Object

This legal notice regulates access, navigation and use of the Site. Access to the Site attributes the status of user and implies full acceptance of the conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Site.

3. Use of the site

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its contents, in accordance with applicable legislation, this legal notice, morality and public order. It is prohibited, by way of example and not limitation:

• Use the Site for illicit or harmful purposes for the Owner or third parties.
• Introduce or spread viruses or any system that may damage the Site or the Owner's systems.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or its systems without authorization.
• Reproduce, distribute or modify the contents of the Site without express authorization.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site (texts, images, designs, logos, software, structure and source code), as well as the SentyHub brand and associated distinctive signs, are owned by the Owner or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Access to the Site does not grant the user any rights over said content beyond its viewing and personal use.

The Owner works to ensure that the information published on the Site is true and up-to-date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site, and is not responsible for any damages resulting from its use, except in cases where the law requires otherwise. Links to third-party sites are for informational purposes only: the Owner neither controls nor is responsible for their content.

The contents of the Site are informative and commercial in nature and do not constitute legal or certification advice. SentyHub is a security and compliance management software, not a certification body: obtaining any certification depends on each client's implementation and processes.
