Unlimited features and allowances are subject to reasonable use. SentyHub may limit usage if it detects abuse or an abnormal impact on service stability.

Before deciding
What happens if I exceed my plan quota?
The service is not interrupted. Extra usage is billed at the published unit prices. If your monthly usage would cost less on a higher plan, SentyHub automatically switches you and charges the cheaper option. On the Demo plan there is no usage-based billing: when you reach a limit, you can wait for the allowance to reset or move to a paid plan.
Is the annual plan cheaper?
It does not lower the price. On paid plans, the monthly price stays the same and annual billing adds 10% to the employee and form allowances.
Does the Demo plan require a card or have a time limit?
No. You try the full Professional plan, with preloaded demo data to see it working from the first minute. At the end, we suggest the plan that best suits your actual use, or you can stay on the Demo plan with its limits and renew it manually each week.
Does Event Video Trace need new hardware?
No. It connects to standard IP cameras using ONVIF/RTSP. Videos remain on infrastructure installed at your own facility and are not uploaded to the SentyHub cloud. Event Video Trace is available on every plan; storage capacity and retention depend on your local infrastructure.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
