Is digital time tracking mandatory in Spain?
Digital working-time record rules are still being finalized, so their definitive technical specifications may change. SentyHub is updated as the legal framework becomes more specific. Working-time records have already been mandatory in Spain since 2019.
Do working-time records count towards IFS or BRCGS certification?
No. Working-time records are a labour obligation, independent of food safety certifications. They are different frameworks. SentyHub covers both Food Defense and time tracking on one platform.
